Caunes Minervois is a village of international fame thanks to its production of marble. Its open quarries, exploited by the Romans, will enable you to discover the famous intense red Incarnat marble that is present at the Trianon de Versailles, the Opera Garnier in Paris and even in the Arc de Triomphe.
